What is your shipping policy?

Orders over $60 are eligible for free ground shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing after an order has been placed.

Please note, we do not ship internationally. All shipments must be within the United States or Canada.


How long do I have to make my return?

We are so confident that you'll fall in love with AVO that we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days, and we'll refund your money -no questions asked. Your happiness is our priority!

What can I return?

New merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. If possible, please please include the original order packing slip in your return package.


*Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

*Any returned Final Sale items will not be provided a refund, store credit nor will it be returned.

*All items marked down 50% or more are considered FINAL SALE.  FINAL SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned.  


How soon will I get refunded?

After we receive your return in our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. Your credit card company normally takes 3-5 days to post to your account.
